I would say eat spaghetti. It ha the carbs you need with the meat (in the sauce) and by morning you should feel pumped.

You can also find a local trainer or nutritionist to help with a program to boost your energy before a game. I love pasta!

If you're talking right before the game you need something that will give you sustainable energy. You definitely will need carbs but you don't want to eat anything that will make you feel sluggish. Protein is always good as well. I would suggest if it's breakfast, eggs, fruit, and something like a high fiber cereal or extra fiber toast. For lunch, you could have some chicken or turkey, veggies, and rice or potatoes. So if you like salad you could have a salad with chicken or turkey cut up in it with some potatoes or rice on the side. I don't know if any of that is food you like to eat. But as far as what will really help you to have the energy you need for the game or practice that's it. Hope that helps!
