Question
what is a good fastpitch softball bat
My daughter has played softball for 7 years and this year she will be playing freshman softball, it is getting serious. I think it is about time I invest in a good bat for her. We live in the Chicago area, cold winters and hot humid summers, I have read that a composite bat would not do the trick in this area? Aluminum?

the pheonix is my favorite bat, but the bat i have is an Sv12. It is an amazing bat

hmm if she has never used a composite bat than, I would start of with a synergy or stealth. The rocketech I would wait on. The stealth was my very first composite bat.

I like the Rocketech & Demarini CF3. Both have a good pop and feel.

i would have to say the best bat depends on the age group that you play in for me i have had the best luck with any kind worth bat they are very good

Check out your local Kmart store. Bats are signed with detailed information, which will help you identify the best bat for you.
