1. make sure you have a loud vioce(yell from your tummy not ur neck)
2.make sure you have strong and sharp motions
3.good leg,ab,and arms strength
4.be willing to try new things
5.be able to consitinly practice
6.make sure you can follow direction carefully
1. PRACTICE YOUR MOTIONS !
2. work on your splits && streching for good jumps
3. work hard !
4. show that you are very determind and are willing to do anything to make the team .
5. pushups ! yeaah they suck but they help for strength in arms !
