what are good exersizes to do i you want to become a flyer???

I have been a flyer before
-last time maybe about 2 1/2 years ago

but now i am with girls about my same size
and i want to still be a flyer.

what exersisies are best to help with flying

so maybe she will reconsider

    Splits on the wall. And on the ground. Also just keep working on heel streches and deff scorpions!

    Really try to build you muscle and when your practicing motions jumps ect, be really tight. Ask your coach if you can possibly try flying and make sure you have all the skills needed for a flier bow and arrow chin chin scorpion heel stetch ect

    If you remember the counts of the builds that your squad
    practices, and don't forget to stay tight. Ask Ur coach if
    you can fly.
