You can take a jump rope and jump non stop with your feet together to improve your leg muscle so your jump increaces. That is what our varsity head coach reccomends. Good luck. That is what personlly do!

Btw if u are a volleyball player than pushing off the ground harder is not always the key to success. It also has to do with ur leg muscle!

streach good then do straight jumps for a little bit (straight jump: put your hands straight up and keep you legs straight then jump) anyways, then jump bending your knees annd doing the arm motion in the jump for a little bit then just add your jump -jump hard- Tip: get better aerodynamics!

U can strecth alot for about a half an hour a day then u can do a split and push your self to the ground as hard as u can. Then thats when u should see how high your jumps are.

The more leg muscle you build up, the more power you will have. So I would try to build up my leg muscles to try and get more height on a jump.
The trampoline idea also sounds good.

Build up those leg muscles... squats, squat jumps, lunges, then mix in some box jumps (you can use different outdoor objects like park benches, walls, etc...), and long jumps. As you get stronger you will need to find higher objects to box jump on to. Always be careful and always use stable objects. Don't stack chairs or other objects to get things higher as this is unstable and you could really hurt yourself.
