Well you have to find a team that fits your needs. I was looking for a team like that a year ago and I found one. My team is really working for scholarships. We play as many college showcase tournaments we can play. Even though most of us are only freshman, we have already written to colleges and they are very impressed. Its good to get ur name out there early. We play alot of state tournaments because thats where a lot of the college coaches go. Look for a team that share the same goals and dreams you have, and who offer what u want. Good luck
