How old is she? And what does she have the most trouble with?

how old is she? my advice is to just keep going over the moves and to practice as much as you can. make sure she's doing them right also.

Find picture of the moves if you dont know how they are properly executed, have her look in the mirror and what she looks like and what they should look like

You may be able to find a school cheerleader in the area to help her with motion technique.

    1. hey debbie,
um i have really been working on my "scared to go back" feelings and i have managed to practice going backwards by bending over back wards to my bed, and then going down to the bottom matress. it helps a little but im still scared to actually do the back flip or back hand spring.. what should i do????
