I need to work on becoming a flyer?

I was never a flyer, but I will soon be on a level 3 team, an I will be a flyer. i will do extreme stunts, but i have never went up in the air. any tips?

    it is really easy all u need to do is just lock ur knees, trust ur basers and spotter, stay foucsed, and dont worry about what stunt ur doin and smile at all times when ur a flyer

    stay really tight and keep from toeing or heeling it makes it hard on your bases, but mainly just chill you come down you have people to catch you

    lock your knees i have to say that to the flyers all the time don't try to go on your toes or heels and have a back spotter that your trust stretch a lot to do extreme stunts practice your splits a lot also

    and practice your stretches like scorpion, heel stretch, etc.

    Soup can get a medium sized one, stand on one foot this helps our balance :D and yes dont forget to lock your knee and stay tight!
