Does anyone have nutritional tips for a 10 year old boy who is a gymnast/football/basketball player?

    Sherell,
    An active 10 year old simply needs to be provided a nutritionally balanced diet. No energy drinks or high sugar foods are necessary. Drink lots of water. Because he has not yet started a huge growth spurt (usually between 12 and 15), excessive amounts of food is not necessary either.
