will posted message be emailed the same day
If I post a message to be emailed to my team, will it be sent out immediately to them or is there a cut-off time each day for it to go out the same day?

Hi Coach,
If you use the group messages feature to write a new message and check the "Email this to my team members" option, the message will be sent right away.
