how do i get my jumps higher????
i practice all the time and stretch every day and all my jumps still arent that high! Plz tell me how i can get them higher!!!!!!

Practice on a trampoline. Someone people focus on bringing up their knees then actually using their hips.

for your toetouch or stradle jump try facing a wall then force ur self up against it so it pushes ur legs back!

Tuck Jumps!!!! Also lay on your back and perform straddle ups adn lots of leg lifts
