Yes, but in order to do so you have to give a shift call or bust or something. You say it like so, Down.... Shift (make sure they move into position before the next command) Set... hut.
Let me know if that answers your question. -
Its not what you say, but what you do. Anybody may move before they are set, and before the ball is snapped (at least one second). The purpose is to afford the defense with the opportunity to know what the final formation is at least one second before the ball is snapped.

i agree with coach lee make a shift

I agree withb everyone but if I remeber correctly only one person canmove at a time...but i could be wrong...heck i was a guard so i was not supposed to move once the ball was set...so im willing to learn if there is any more advice

We move multiple backs during a shift, but they are set one second before the ball is snapped. Once your are down, you cant shift or move. Only one back can be moving when the ball is snapped. In fact, you can line up heavy to one side and totally flip your offensive line from left to right (think point after TD formation shifts).

That's why it's called "Set," everyone can move or shift until a uniformed "set" call is made, then one person can move at least one second after the "set" call.

I move all backs on down then we get set .

you can change formation completely before the command 'set'. we played a team that shifted everyone but the center and qb to the right side of the field before 'set' was called.

You can place a WR or RB in motion but; not two backs/players in motion at one time once you are set. Saying the word "set" means nothing. The game officials will make the call if a player is set or not.
You can have your cadence change or have no cadence at all and just use signals or timimg. Motion is a great tool to use when used correctly to confuse the defense. You must be careful though, like coaches not all officials understand motion at the ages under High School and some at the High School level do not understand it.
