look at your hands the entire time you are going backwards!

Best advice: Start from an elevated surface such as a block mat. Remember to push over your shoulders (armpits) and kick over. Then work your way lower until you are on the ground. Keep in mind your straight legs. Remember to work on your shoulder flexibility. Best of Luck!
