So far I've only been able to find information from the company.
-
There was one complaint lodged with the BBB regarding a contract dispute and it was reported as 'resolved.' No details. The only other information they had to offer was that a request for information had not been answered.

It is not what is it advertised to be. I had a daughter travel to Sweden with the group in 2010 to play soccer. She is a u15 player, but was placed on a u14 team with u12 players without our knowledge. We were told she would be playing with her age group which was not the case. The flights they book for everyone are ridiculous. It actually took 26 hours (actual hours without the time change) to get from Raleigh to Gothenburg because they stop in Copenhagen then bus people into Sweden. Some other players took longer!!! It only took 23 hours to get home and I am at an international airport, JFK. It has been three months since I questioned if my daughter had been placed on the correct team, (I asked before we left N.C) and still have not received a reply. They certainly took my money quickly enough, but the company as a whole has terrible communications. It is a great experience for a player if you don't mind feeling like they are completely
taking advantage of you! Don't do it. -
If your daughter doesn't play well, and she's never been on vacation, then this may be the trip for you. It certainly isn't what it's advertised. The best part is the NC training. that was pretty good - though it was a day in a half (day 2 ended at 3). The Bahamas trips were ridiculous. Their flight plans are so disorganized. and if you are traveling with just you and your kid - your daughter sleeps with a teammate (which is good) and you with another parent traveling alone. But, the worse part was the volleyball. non-airconditioned rundown gyms. It was 95+ degrees and 99% humidity. And the competition was...ah...a group of Bahamian girls of different ages who appeared as though they just learned the game. One time, we played a game with 12 year olds (we were 15-17 year olds. the only competition was with each other - which we could have done in NC. 365 misrepresented this entire trip, they are poor organizers and very poor communicator. the site director, though he stated doing this trip for over 10 years, appeared that he didn't know what was going to happen or what the place and competition would be. 2 of the 4 coaches seem to know the process - they appeared to be familiar with Club play and college play. they other 2...i believe this is their first time with a travel team. I can not recommend this experience...can not!!! walk away from the offer. If this info dissuades others from sending their daughter, then i got something for my money
