    Make sure you are praying with your hands, get them together as you thrust them forward for the least resistance. When you pull back don't go too far. Your hands shouldn't past the bottom of your chest. As you push your self forward get higher out of the water. Their is less resistance in the air than in the water so get your head high above the water so that as you thrust the hands forward you are almost diving over the water. Then practice over and over, thousands of laps. Go for it

    Always do a pull out and glide after shooting the pullout it self will take about 2 seconds off because you are not pulling as much trust me i no from personal experiance
