how am i goin to sharpen more my dribbling skills,most especially crossovers?

    One great way is to set up a couple of chairs in a straight line. approach the first chair on the right side and cross to left hand with foot fake and quickly go back with right hand and drive past. then go to second chair and do the opposite by approaching from left side.

    GO THROUGH REPS OF THIS MOVING UP AND DOWN THE COURT AS WELL USE CHAIRS IF AVAILABLE CONES OR THE LINES ON THE COURT AS WELL AND CROSS AND GO HARD WITH EACH CROSS

    Sit on edge of a chair so knees are bent drilble left hand to right for one
    full minute then pull chair out for one minute. setup 3-5 cones or chairs
    6 ft apart in a line then sprint it out back around 10 ft

    I like a drill we call "centipede." Create a meandering line of players (each with a ball) about 5-7 ft apart. Last player dribbles forward through line of teammates. When he/she gets to the front of the line, he/she creates the next link in the chain. The line will meander through the gym. Player at back of the line always goes next and weaves forward through the others. The kids love it. Good crossover drill.
