    move ur feet, and keep ur outside leg 2 the crotch of the receiver. this will never let him 2 the inside of u,and the qb will have 2 throw the ball ovr u 2 get it 2 the receiver.

    Just keep your eye on the ball the whole time and dont commit to soon or you will get burned i am an olb and running back.

    As a linebacker, it is always key to have great lateral movement(side to side). So try working on your footwork doing lateral drills. Set up three cones equally seprated 5 yards apart. Start in the middle in a ready positon. Time yourself sprinting from the middle to the right or left, then sprinting in the opposite direction to the farthest cone then back across the middle to stop the clock soon as you cross the middle cone. Try timing yourself for 5 seconds and under. Work to get faster with each try.
