    Same grip as a fastball--4 seam grip.

    I disagree. Two Seam Grip creates more spin.

    Two seam has more drop but 4 seam has more velocity.

    Both answers a correct but I think it's a matter of what works best for that particular pitcher. Try both ways and see which seems to be the most productive for you.
