Take it from someone older me! and listen to Krystal! it is easier to talk yourself out of something then to do it. I was a advid runner for just 6 years thanks to the Army and never had health issues, I am still healthy but after 15 years of little exercise outside of what I do working I can no longer preform many of the athletic abilities I was able to do just a few years ago and I am not old. avoid at all cost the pain I am going thru now, (trying to get back into shape,) by not allowing yourself to find reasons not to stay in it

I've been a runner since I could remember.
I run cross country and track with a coach who even trains olympic athletes, and is going to the olympic tryouts soon!all you need to say to yourself in the morning is, "i don't care what i can and cannot do, i just need to go out and do it."
don't worry about what others think or say.
you can do it Hannah. it's WAYY easier than you think -
just get your ipod or a friend to run with you and dont think about runnin just do it

think about the reward at the end waiting for you when you get finished. plug in your ipod and get a movin
