Im a really busy, athletic person (with a life). How do i increase my running and agility with a really busy schedule??? Please help!

Wellll... i play volleyball, do CCD, softball practice, brother's sorts... and so on. how do i find the time to do some drills and what ARE some good drills???

    Ankle weights will help with the sports you play only wear them during your casual time and no longer if any pain occurs it wont take much weight to help you so dont overdue it. also schedule some rest time at least 8 consecutive waking hours a week sunday is the best get up go to church or grandmas and just take it easy and let yourself recharge, slow down and renergize

    Make sure to know the proper running form and be on the balls of your feet everytime. Strengthening the core and having leg strengthening exercises 3xtimes a week for 30mins will do.
