I know the coach well and have tooken dance camp classes from her. Sitll, I am to nervous. How can I not be nervous and still have a great preformance?? Thanks! :)

Try to forget that you are trying out for something and just act like you are dancing by yourself and dont be afraid to go over the top!

Take a day before Try outs and relax(Have so ME Time as I call it) Then your head will be on board for try outs. Also Practice almost every day it helps with both your muscles to remember all the steps as well as your self.

Stretch for 15 minutes, do your dance over and over till you know you won't forget it, then pray and ask God to help you. That's what i do before my performances!
