    Conor,
Running with sweats on will usually make you sweat more, resulting in weight loss, which will quickly be gained back when you rehydrate. Running with sweats on will not help you become stronger or faster.

Kind of. If you get conditioned enough where you can just run forever, consider adding a sweatshirt to make you work more, but they really just kill your will to run sometimes. But it is a good way to sweat some weight off before you hit the mats.

I look at it this way. If you want to run without sweats that is fine just push yourself. Now put some sweats on in the next day it will be a little harder. When you wrestle you will not have any sweats on but it will seem to make it easier just like if you added lbs. to your ankles when you run. I suggest mixing it up. Be confortable when you condition. But you must learn to push through the pain. If you do not hurt you are not pushing hard enough.
