Look into your local parks and recreation departments and, jr. colleges. Most have adult leagues and often at different skill levels.
No excuses!

At the Jr College in my town you can take a PE class called volleyball and students of all levels take the class, so I am sure you would fit in. I bet your local college also has this class.

COACH! There are so many recreation departments that need people who "want to get back in the game without doing it". It's wonderfully rewarding, and you'll learn about adult leagues through the rec department. There's no greater reward (after the drama, politics, and hard-headed parents and players) than to take your love and passion for the game and instill it in our youth.
