I recently discovered that laundry stain remover (Shout) actually works pretty well. A toothbrush is great to scrub with.
And I know you said no bleach, but just in case, a Q-tip dipped in watered down bleach is great for seams and other spots that are hard to get clean.

I put my mine in with the laundry...

use a toothbrush with any kind of soap

try oxy clean its the best!! i use it all the time

try washing ur shoes in the washing machene it really works I do it all the time with my cheer shoes it really works

soft scrub with bleach if they r all white and with out bleach if they have more than just white in them

I always used Soft Scrub also, however there is also a white sneaker cleaner that works the same.

Yu should use tha mr.clean magic erasers....... It works when i use one on my cheer shoes they look like they're brand new!!

haha.i use an old toothbrush and toothpaste and clean them like that.
