Go to popwarner.com and click on the link to find a league near where you're at. From what I've seen, they've got the majority of the country saturated so hopefully you'll be able to find one close.

Do a simple google search for the sport you play and the location. You can also contact some local training centers in your area. They generally know about leagues and teams in the area.
