join a city league, its not that hard.. you just have to get the uniform.

I believe you must have just moved to Georgetown. Best and fastest way to get noticed is to ask your parents to get you a soccer ball size #4, then if possible, just play with the ball nearby your house. Make sure an adult is with you. Check out the nearby parks if there are any other kids playing ball. Just remember, always have an adult with you and of course your soccerball.
