How do you help a team become winners when the coach shows no respect for the kids and the kids domt like him but they love the game

KIDS LOVE THE GAME AND WANTS TO PLAY BUT THE HATE THERE HEAD COACH THE 2ND COACH HAS A BETTER REPORE WITH THE KIDS AT TIME YOU SEE THE KIDS NOT GIVING THERE ALL .THEY REALLY HAVE SOME ABILITY BUT DONT WANT TO GIVE HIM 100%.

    bottom line is you have to get rid of the coach because someone is going to get hurt if they aren't giving 100% might need to talk to the person who is in charg of the league tha you guys are playing in

    coaches that act that way are far to many i hate to hear that but i have seen the same thing when the kids do not want to play anymore for a person like that it hurts the game get him out of there if you can good luck.

    The ONLY option is to have the coach replaced. Its not about the players liking him as their coach as much as it is about the players learning. As they get older, they'll learn to appreciate the lessons he taught and not the bad attitude he conveyed. But if they aren't even willing to listen and learn, there is no option for success.

    We see as adults with the pros, even the best athletes, their teams do not win when they are more interested in their issues with the coaches rather than team success.
