I like this site: http://www.volleyball.com/drill.aspx
It includes diagrams for drills and there are quite a few of them. Given the age you're coaching, some of these drills will be way too complex, but some are very appropriate.
For that age, try to remember to keep it lively with all kids participating as much as possible. They aren't very patient, so keep your talking to a minimum and just get them involved. I've found that the best way to get started is to introduce only one or two new drills in a single practice and repeat drills they already know so you're spending less time introducing skills, and more time executing them.
Start with forearm passing and serving, because they're critical and easy to introduce. In my opinion, it's never to early to introduce the concept of passing to a target, so try to make a game of that.
Good Luck!
