    Well I would get her away from softball like at the mall or whatever. Then I would say "I need to talk to you and I really need you to listen." The tell her what you feel needs to be said. Then if she still doesnt change then you should talk to your coach. Its important that everyone on the team is on the same page because otherwise things wont work out for you guys. Any other questions, I would be more than happy to answer them.

    Explain to her that every player has different talents and that is what makes you a team. If all your teammates were exactly the same, with the same talents, you wouldn't be able to succeed on a ball field.

    We are all experts, its just at different things! Be comfortable in what YOU are an expert at.
