Is it true that you need to eat Carbohydrates before a b-ball game?
i mean does it help you in the game, stay focused anything like that?

I think that you are referring to carbohydrate loading, a nutitional system that is often misunderstood. To be effective, carb loading for endurance energy must begin a week or so before the event and involves a systematic loading up and tapering off of carbs. This is best left to the professionals or athletes with access to specialists. For everybody else, just eat healthy well balanced meals, and drink plenty of fluids. -
