I'm involved w/ the local Little League and we are trying to start a library of instructional DVDs. Does anyone know a really good set?

We would like every coach at each level to teach the same fundimentals. If they all study the same instructional dvds, we would have better players overall.

Take a look at www.bioforcebaseball.com for training/conditioning for pitching and hitting.

Red, my husband has been providing training support for our local Little League district for years. He'd be happy to talk with you about some ideas that might work for you. Feel free to send him an email, and you two can set up a time for a phone call. He'd love to help! bill@bioforceperformance.com
