I would like to get my standing back tuck. How do u practice that without somebody helping u?

    What you need to do is get a panel mat and start from the top doing standing back tucks and then when you feel comfortable take a level of the panel mat away. Thats how I got mine!

    sorry, but i don't recommend this..consider that if you get hurt you'll be out of practice for a while if you're lucky..head and neck injuries are serious..get help its not worth the risk

    With out spot? I deffintley do not recommend this. It is very very dangerous. Serious neck injuries, or other injuries could occur. I would take a class. And if money is an issue maybe you can talk to the coach and work something out. But i would not ever try to do it by your self without experience on the ground.

    I agree with those answers! My advice is to go a local gym and havea gymnastic professional to help you with your back tuck. Try to find a gym that has a trampoline and tumbling class or a Cheer tumbling class.
