    its not hard just tell your coach and take advil it helps me alot and your coach will understand you cant help it your getting older its a girl thing fell better hope i helped

    Talk to your mom and have her take you to the doctors to make sure everything is okay.

    1. You talk to your coach personally and privately if you feel it's appropriate. "Medical reasons" are just that! But participate as much as possible at practice. I'd want my girls to tell me so that I can accommodate practice for them PRIVATELY and fairly.

    be careful with the Advil too much can ruin your liver..go see a gynecologist..then speak with your coach with more information about how she can help you..otherwise they'll probably be in the dark as well..good luck

    Get your mom to write you a note. I'm sure your coach would understand, because nobody would have somebody hurt while there's a person's life in the air.(as in stunting)
