im new to cheerleading and we do warmups , im not soo good with the right leg kicks or my left any help??

you should always practice doing your kicks. What my squad does is we spell our team name and do a kick for every letter...it helps you get better. Also, you just need to become more flexible so practice your splits.

Practice makes perfect! Make sure you stretch well, then put your hands in touchdown position and attempt to kick through your hands!
