Make sre if you are changing the way you throw, to remember to do that same tequnique every time you throw. Also, when you warm up, start out close to your partner then work your way back and then come closer. Helps get your arm stronger.

to get your throwing better and or faster, i was taught the "bow throw" i am a catcher and its a great technique to teach beginning catchers. instead of bringing your arm the whole way back like to throw long. bring it straight up to your ear and throw from there. also once you catch the ball have your glove and other hand (throwing arm) up close to your face and once you catch it bring it straight back. i use this all the time and since im a catcher i get the ball there fast and on time all the time.

well what you would do is get a softball and if you got a strong fence pick a spot and stuff a tenis ball on the spot and try to hit the ball

Check out Skills and Drills on the site. Try using the same (correct) Technique each time U throw.

i was always taught your arm should always go straight back then up and over you. no side arm. and once you have the rght technique to keep on going with it. muscle memory. : ) good luck!

to get better at throwing a softball make sure you arent pushing it thru and finish thru and the way i was taught is to put your hand back and act like you are taking something off a shelf behind you
