    Courtney,
The best way to lose weight (but not necessarily the easiest) is by exercising more and eating fewer calories. You will be much more pleased with your results. Don't dwell on your weight unless your doctor has recommended losing some though.

    2. Courtney, you just hit on the best most reasonable exercise available, a good walk. Just make sure you are doing it for at least 30 min each day. And as Jack said, unless you have a medical reason, don't dwell on your weight. As you look around at all the top players in your favorite sports you will see that weight is not that important. It's all about your nutritional health and conditioning for the activities that you perform.

Courtney, try doing some weight bearing exercises. If you don't have weights u can use big cans of soup. Strength exercises are also good for bone density development which will not only help in your youth but as you get older. Push ups or pull ups are two of the best weight bearing exercises you can do. Sell the Nintendo, get a bike, and run your dog vs walk your dog...you have to burn more than you take in in order to lose weight.

ok im in the same boat as you you need to find your target heat weight mine is 114 you need to get your rate up to that walking then keep at that pace for at least 15 min and work up. also use portion control, but you cant just do cardio you have to do some resistance as well swimming is great also eat every few hours not 3 big meals, drink a glass of juice when you get up eat a well balanced meal then a protean snake then a well balanced lunch then a protean snake again and a good dinner and a good snake. cat out anything but water milk and 100% juice this is inportant. also get a friend or someone to do this with you the work outs atleast. and get a support system.
