Tom, I tried to do the same thing and couldn't do it. I ended up writing an email to weplay & had them close Gianni's account & then I reopened his account with a different DOB.

John is correct, Thomas. Please contact us privately using the "Give feedback" link in the upper right. Kids are not able to change their DOB as part of our safety program and COPPA compliance.
