is it safe to take 1 capsoule of ripped fuel a day at age 16?

my cousin is 16 years old and is on a baseball team he just started this summer and wants to know if its safe to take this supplement called ripped fuel. the back says you shouldnt take it if ur not 18 or older but what about a reduced dose? the dose is 2 before each meal. 6 capsoules a day. he wants to know if taking just 1 or two a day would be okay or if it is still unsafe. p.s hes very tall already hes about 6'0 so we dont think hes going to grow anymore.

The warning on label should be the clue, no it's not safe, besides drugs, which are in this drink don't improve performance, he would be much better in a good training program, there's no short cuts when it comes to improving your performance, you have to work at it.

Amy, Coach Moore offers good advice. Also, to get a good answer to a personal health question like this, your cousin should talk to his doctor.

Again, Coach Moore answers the question. I would add: Drugs are NEVER the answer. If you find yourself needing them, it is because your not putting in what you need. Find out what your missing in your training and bring it to your regiment. Focus on your weakness and master your strengths.
