try P.A.L or YMCA in our area PAL offers football for free it gets over loaded but they split teams. Not as many games as bert bell football but it some thing. Your other 2 sports are all so offered. If the Y doesn't offer it they should be able to point you in the right direction! Good luck, hope it works out!
