    Hi Kayla,

Here's links to both the softball and baseball sections since skills and drills to improve throwing spans both sports:

    Kayla,
T.J. has given a couple of good links with really good drills. I didn't look at it, but one was "the bucket" drill. I've used that for years to improve accuracy. The idea is to put a bucket on it's side at home plate and see if you can get the ball in it. My teams always like that one.
As far as arm strength, at a young age (looking at your pic) the "long toss" is a good one too. Start with a partner at a realtively short throw for an outfielder, then throw a few at at widening distance. Don't over-do it, a couple of throws is plenty, move back 10 feet ot so, then throw a couple more. You try and end up at the distance that would be considered a long toss for your age. Always warm up before doing the drill!

    Good luck.

same thing for me. long toss is great. start at 15ft and every five throws
take five steps back. stop when you arm feels sore. a little discomfort is ok, but
    not too much.

Point the ball to the sky with a two finger grip behind and above the head and throw from the outfield to home plate again and again after you taken at least 100 warm-up throws from infield distance. Release the ball out in front of your head bending your back all the way down as though your picking up a rock on the other side of your body. Be sure to use your legs.

The best ways to improve arm strength is through long toss, band exercises, and good old fashion going to the gym.
