What are some workouts for improving vertical and what's the best eating regiment that will allow my body to perform at its best?

At a combine I went to in October of 08, I had a little bit over a 33in. vertical. The previous year, as a freshman, I had a 25in. vertical. The improvement was due to genetics of course, but training that I had done on my own. Now I'm afraid to plateau and need workouts that will continue to allow my vertical to increase substantially.

i just find a tree that is on flat land, and look for a branch that seems like I will be able to jump to. I work on grabbing it, then i find one higher for my next goal. that is how I improvde on my vertical throughout the year(:

Find a book on eating healthy and it's not about leg muscle,it's about how explosive you can be on your legs.

    20% leg muscle
    80% Explosiveness
