I try not to sit in front of the tv this summer that is why i got on a team. I know that my husband did not like but he got over it. I have been bowling this hole spring and summer time. I have been trying to get out because I know by winter time i will be in he house a lot and that is why i pick up bowling now.

yeah i would recomend lifting weights, i do at my school and it helps a lot. if you try colorguard or bowling that'll help too. although with bowling (unless you can do it with both hands) only one of your arms is getting stronger.
