does someone have examples of dynamic stretching that our youth football team can do prior to practice and games/

The best dynamic streching excersises are the ones that incorprate football movements with the strech. High leg kicks, monster walks, bear crawls and high knee drills all mimic some football movements and warm up and strech the muscles at the same time
