Question
Im 13 5"1 and way 115 i want to get down to 105 by the end of next month so i can be a flyer...i have cheerleading practice 4 days a week and run 2 miles every day i just cant seam to loose i drink lots of water and eat pretty well....any more tips?

Hmmm . . . Are you wanting to lose weight because you need too or because you think if you lose weight you will be a flyer? Your weight to height does not seem unhealthy. Not everyone is going to be a flyer. Being a flyer should not rely on your weight as the only factor.
Do you have the skills required to be a flyer? How is your building technique? How is your flexibility? How is your confidence when you are in the air? As a coach this is what I look for not a weight mark. If you are being told that there is a weight limit at 13 you need to talk to your parents about this.

im 13 too and im 5'2 and weigh 114 you'll be fine your normal wieght for someone 13 !!!!!!!

i am 13 and about 5'4" and 140 ish pounds depending on whatever so i am overweight . i want to fly also during cheer practice but my coach is afraid 2 let me fly. is there something i could do 2 lose weight that will fit into my busy schedule.


Did your coach promise that you could fly if you loose weight???
