I WOULD START BY ENROLLING HER IN TUMBLE/GYMNASTICS CLASSES
. IF SHE LIKES IT AND GETS GOOD I WOULD LOOK AT ALL STARS.
ITS GREAT THAT YOU ARE STARTING HER OUT EARLY BUT DONT OVER DO
IT I HAVE SEEN TOO MANY GIRLS QUIT BECAUSE THEY ARE TIRED OF IT.

Look at http://www.usasf.net You need to find an all star gym that has a TINY team, that age division is 3 - 5 years old. Find a gym that has a good reputation. Do a tour and see if the facility fits the needs of you and your child. Make sure to ask about the qualifications of the coaches. The better trained and experience that the coaches are, the better experience and development your child will have.

    Good Luck.

I agree with some of the others and start her out with a tumbling for tots program first. So much of Cheerleading is gymnastics and it's a good idea to see if she even likes it. I would also wait until she was 4. Then look for an All-Star program in your area. Expect to put in time and money. Cheerleading is a serious sport with serious competitions. We had 3 daughters and 2 were cheerleaders. Spent a lot of time in the cold at Football games for many years...lol.
