If your looking to get them higher do V ups. Also do a strattle and put one had on each side of your right leg lift your leg up and bounce it 5 times you should feel it really bad in your thigh. repeat with your other leg. These should help.

Have you tried weight training? It takes stronger legs to jump higher. And pay close attention to technique for whatever jump your trying. Better technique will always get you higher.

try using the little weights that are for your legs.
put them on then do ur jumps. do it for awhile by the timeyour
done with them your jumps will be higher thats what my friend did. -
