how can i best stay in shape with out starving myself for cheerleading??
my squad and i have to stay in shape and i want the best way we can do this, i am captain and i need suggestions on how we can stay fit, without starving our selves. any advice please feel free to comment !

Try exercising every day like
push-ups
sit-ups
running
basically anything u can do to get in shape
sit-ups especially cause u will get abs -
well i just eat f you work hard enough you will stay in shape i do.

Dance classes, especially jazz and hip hop. Not only keeps you in shape but also can give you moves. Can't get dance classes? just have dance get-togethers. At least 30 min a day should do it.

Good nutrition is the best guide for staying in shape. Watch your fat grams and eat healthy portions of healthy foods. Lots of vegetables and fruits are good for you.
