how can i get over the fear of going backwards, to do back flips and back hand springs?

i have a problem with going back and everytime i try to flip back i end up stumbling and stoping or i fall.. any help for me ? please help me !

    try having a spotter that helped me knowing that i would never fall cause that person was always their for me!

    dont think about it just do it............. im working on my back handspring too and something that helps me is i just clear my mind and just go without thinking.......... trust me it really helps. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!

    One of the advantages of a backwards tumbling skill is that you can see where you are landing. This should take away the "scary" feel of the stunt. You can see where your place your hands.
