i was wondering if there were any speciuic stretches i can do everyday so tht i can get those stretches faster?

u could try the normal toe touch stretch cuz that is what helped me get more flexible in order to do those stunts.

i would just stretch befor the event then stretch during when the whole team is stretching and also stretch what ever feels like it needs stretching

stretch at least 3-4 time a week to doing an over split itll really help

do some splits and then stretch everyday. or while you are watching tv. and then you should be more felxible tell me how it goes! [:

stretch all of your muscles a few times a day and do splits at least twice a day. remember to stretch your back also.

right split, left split and straddle split! also, get a friend to help you do these.. put your back and feet against a wall and put your hands in a T, then lift up whatever leg you're doing your heel stretch with (usually left leg for most squads) and have your partner push your leg inward while they pull your right arm outward, basically like a bow & arrow. its a perfect stretch to get all three of those stunts. goodluck :)
