Be positive at all times!show leadership and be a motivator for the squad, also be the person that helps someone in need.It helps also to be nice to everyone casue sometimes the team gets a say also!!Good luck!

definately know all of the cheers and dances that you learn in tryouts. showing that you catch on quick will make the judges know that your a fast learner. Also its a BIG plus to help out the other girls that are trying out. they will see that your a helpful person and a captain needs to have that. last is to always be at the top of your game, by always smiling, being sharp, and being loud. good luck!
